· Outside work includes weekly Mowing for a well maintained lawn and sidewalk edging. Trim shrubs to keep sidewalks open. Service, repair, clean, order parts and maintain the Equipment.
· Plan and maintain supply contracts, inventories for ongoing campus improvements, gravel, topsoil, fuel, ect.
· Must take call and respond onsite within 30 minutes for snow removal, salting sidewalk and lots during the winter season.
· Class C drivers licensing required for operating company trucks plow trucks, tractors, mowers and salt spreaders.
· Run off site errands as required. Light maintenance on outbuilding suites. Changing light bulbs, unclogging sinks,
equivalent to normal resicential maintenance.
